Trivia
- An oratorio is a musical composition with dramatic or narrative text for choirs, soloists, and orchestra. The oratorio has its origins in Renaissance-era Italy.
- This is the first volume released after Volume F that doesn't have the volume itself as requirement for reading.
- In the fourth episode of Chapter 1, Hiyori says that she and the squad were "kidnapped" for the Octopus Games and the last one standing wins 4.5 million yen, which is a huge reference and shoutout to the series Squid Game.
- Ironically, both Blue Archive and Squid Game are originally from South Korea.
- According to the developer commentary released on May 2026, this volume is not planned to be written earlier, but was produced to "fill the gap" being left due to them scrapping a possible Red Winter arc of EX: Decagrammaton Volume and was done in a rush. That may explain why the volume feels shorter compared to other volumes.
