Leave it to Handyman 68! (便利屋68にお任せください!), is the 3rd episode of Blue Archive, The Animation.

Synopsis
目の前の問題を解決するも、あまりに巨大な借金の額にため息をつく対策委員会と先生。解決策も思い浮かばずラーメン屋へと入った一同は、アウトロー集団「便利屋68」を名乗る少女たちと意気投合する。 しかしその翌日、その「便利屋68」がアビドス高等学校を襲撃し始め……！？
Although the problem at hand is resolved, the Countermeasures Committee and Sensei sigh at the enormous amount of debt. Unable to come up with a solution, they go into a ramen shop and hit it off with a group of girls who call themselves the outlaw group 'Handyman 68'. The next day, however, the "Handyman 68" began to attack Abydos High School...![1]
Summary
At the office of Handyman 68, Aru was given a new commission to retrieve the stolen cat from the freighter, but loses their commission pay when they find out their cat has been injured by the explosion.
At the Foreclosure Task Force meeting in Abydos High School, Ayane and members of the Countermeasures Committee investigate remains from an armored vehicle from their previous battle with the Kata-Kata Helmet Gang, and discovers that these parts are illegal. Sensei suggests that if they could trace the distribution of these prohibited materials, they could find out who is supporting the Helmet Gang.
In their next discussion, they started brainstorming ideas. Serika, as head financier of the Task Force, suggests she could sell the bracelets she bought from the market, but was rejected as it is a scam; Hoshino puts up the suggestion to hijack school buses and force students to attend Abydos as a way to increase the number of students, which Akane rejected, knowing the student councils would respond in kind; Shiroko suggests they rob the bank, having already scouted the target and prepared the ski masks, but Serika and Ayane denies as it is also illegal; Nonomi's idea to become a school idol group was also denied.
As they pressure Sensei to choose what they should do, Ayane grew unhappy and loses her temper. The Foreclosure Task Force decides to treat her ramen to calm her down. Just then, Haruka appears by the door and asks for the cheapest meal, as the Handyman 68 is now poor and running low on money after the last commission went wrong. Mutsuki asks Serika for a single bowl of ramen to be shared with 4 people. Master Shiba whips up the ramen bowl and Handyman 68 digs in, rejuvenating as they take a single chew. As they indulge in their meal, Shiroko inspects their uniforms and find out they are from Gehenna Academy, remarking they have come a long way from home. Kayoko and Mutsuki also finds out by their ID's that the Foreclosure Task Force is their target as ordered by the commission but does not report to Aru, who appears to be enjoying herself meeting with other students.
As evening approaches, Aru expresses her hopes in restoring Abydos and bids goodbye to the Foreclosure Task Force, as she and Handyman 68 leaves the shop. Walking down the street, Kayoko breaks the news to Aru that the group she had been mingling with is their target, breaking Aru's charisma and leaving her displeased, though she manages to restore her composure before setting off back to their office.
The next morning, while they discussed yesterday's events with Sensei, Ayane discovers that a group of private mercenaries are positioning themselves for an attack against Abydos High School. When they arrive, they discover that Handyman 68 is with them. Feeling betrayed, Serika harshly rebuffs them as ungrateful, but Kayoko and Aru insist that it is not personal as they were simply following their commission to attack the school. Aru fires the shot, and the Foreclosure Task Forces goes onto defensive, but quickly finds out they are at a numerical disadvantage, and the school is laid under siege.
As the fight went on all day, Sensei manages to break the siege by ordering Hoshino to charge forward with her shield raised, while the rest of their group covers fire, taking out the mercenaries, allowing Hoshino to take down Haruka as she gets close. With Handyman 68 distracted, Shiroko runs at Aru intent on taking her out, quickly pitting themselves at an impasse standoff as they point their rifles at each other.
The siege ends when the private mercenaries reach the end of their allotted time limit that they agreed on in partaking the attack on Abydos High School and leaves them. Without the mercenaries, Handyman 68 also gives up and retreats, leaving the Foreclosure Task Force curious about their motives. Hungry and exhausted with the fighting, the Foreclosure Task Force decided to have Sensei buy food for them, but Sensei felt anxious if he had enough money.
Inside a dark office room, a large silver robotic figure stares over at the report of the failed Abydos High School attack. Lamenting their failure, a deformed-faced man in his black suit assures the man that he will find out the reason for their failure.
Difference Between Anime and Game
- A scene where Handyman 68 performs a commission before meeting the Foreclosure Task Force at Shiba Seki Ramen is likely original, separated from the main story.
- The part when Ayane flips the table over in tantrum is omitted.
