Summary
As the Abydos Downtown district is recovering from the recent attacks by Handyman 68 and the Disciplinary Committee, Hoshino, laying in her bed, recalls a secret deal being offered by the Black Suit. Meanwhile, Shiroko finds a duffel bag full of money on the rubble at a place of what was once Shiba Seki Ramen. At Gehenna Academy, as Ako writes 1,000 sheets of self-repentance as part of her punishment for attacking Abydos to capture Handyman 68, Hina speaks about how she knows about Hoshino for the first time back when she was with the Intelligence Division. Hina explains to Ako that she had once seen Hoshino as a skilled militant when she was younger, with such devastating power that Hina feared she could have wiped out half of the Disciplinary Committee's forces by herself, but for some reason, the Academy's Intelligence Division stopped posing Hoshino as a threat. Hina fully intends to find out what's holding Hoshino back as she knew that she is still in Abydos.
While Handyman 68 is packing up their things from their office before they are about to leave Abydos tomorrow, Shiroko sees them off and explains that the money bag they had dropped at the shop as part of their apology, had been delivered to Master Shiba. While Shiroko wasn't able to forgive them for destroying the ramen shop, she and Aru and Handyman 68 gained respect from one another, and they waved goodbyes as the group leaves.
At the clinic, the Countermeasures Committee Members visits Master Shiba, who is recovering from his injuries. As they express pity for what happened, Shiba reveals that he was about to close down the shop anyway, as he had received a notice of withdrawal not too long ago. Ayane thought it is impossible since the district and the land around them were supposed to have belonged to the school, however Shiba explains that their ownership has been stripped away a few years ago, something that they are unaware of. When Shiba asked where they got the money, the Countermeasures Committee lies to Shiba that the money was donated by a group of nice people, unaware that it was Handyman 68 who had put down the money bag who in turn Shiroko had illegally obtained the money by robbing the Central Bank. Believing their lies, Shiba wept in tears, as he expressed that he still wanted to feed his hungry guests, thus regaining his morale.
At the school's rooftop, Sensei speaks with Hoshino as they rest. Hoshino remarks that her clubmates have improved a lot ever since Sensei arrived, who he claims that he doesn't take credit and says they trusted in her, which makes her express that she has to move forward. Inside the virtual space within the Shittim Chest, Sensei asks Arona if she could find any information about Kaiser Corporation, while he opted to find out about Hoshino by himself. After turning off the tablet, he steps foot inside the committee's meeting room, where he learned about Abydos losing ownership of the downtown district; he deduces that it was Kaiser Corporation.
The clubmates almost fall in despair as they thought Kaiser had planned this long ago. Hoshino, in an effort to cheer themselves up, asks the clubmates to look at the clouds which they saw to be sea creatures (a whale, dolphin and jellyfishes). Hoshino then suggests they, along with Sensei, should visit the aquarium as she thought this is the only way to keep them happy, something she and Sensei can relate to.
That night in Shiroko's bedroom, as she finishes taking a shower, she is alerted by a sound of shattering glass and draws her handgun; it is revealed to be crow which landed inside her dorm room through her open window to grab food, in the process shattering her spinning bicycle lamp.
Difference Between Anime and Game
- Shiroko visits Aru and Handyman 68 in the anime in place of Sensei.
- Shiroko mentions about the duffel bag, while Sensei on the other hand, said nothing of it.
- Sensei asked Nonomi about Master Shiba's condition when he arrived back at Abydos. However, in the anime, this happens inside the meeting room with all the Countermeasures Committee members present, rather than outside the gates as depicted in the game.
- In addition, his interactions with Hoshino and Arona before discovering new information about Kaiser Corporation from Ayane are original.
- The post-credit scene of Shiroko is completely original within the anime adaptation as it was not shown in the mobile game.

Trivia
- During the conversation between Shiroko and Handyman 68, Shiroko performs a "thumbs up" which is a reference to her sticker in the Circle.
- A portion of a voiceover from Serika's EX Skill can be heard.
- The scene in which Hina recalls about Hoshino's past history is taken from a portion of Chapter 2 - Episode 11 (A Losing Battle), chronologically, it takes place during the events at Abydos Desert, but is swapped in the anime when the next scene afterwards sees Handyman 68 packing their possessions.
